What to Expect

Vajra Moon offers a welcoming space for anyone interested in learning how to meditate and reflect on the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism. Sessions are open to all - whether you're completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.

Each evening includes guided meditation, Buddhist teaching, and sharing food together. You're warmly invited to bring food to share. No need to book - just come along.

Guided Meditation

Each session opens with gentle, guided meditation suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Buddhist Teachings

Sessions include accessible teachings on Tibetan Buddhism - a full evening of practice and reflection.

Food & Community

We share food together after each session. You're warmly invited to bring something to share - no need to book, simply come along.
